At least 24 hours notice is needed when cancelling or rescheduling your appointment. A credit card is required to hold your appointment. Appointments cancelled within 24 hours or for which clients are a “No- Show” will incur a charge of 50% of the service amount. Please note, if you are over 15 minutes late for your appointment it may result in a reschedule if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame. 20 minutes or more into your scheduled appointment time is considered a “No-Show” and your card will be charged for 50% of the scheduled service. If the 50% is not paid, for any reason it will result in being permanently banned from booking again until paid. Dimensions values your time and feels that it is fair to honor the same policies we hold our clients to. Should Dimensions ever need to cancel on a client due to unforeseen events with less than a 24 hours notice we will honor 50% off your next identical service and will do all we can to reschedule your appointment in a timely manner. Here at Dimensions we understand that accidents and emergencies happen that prevent a 24 hour notice for cancelling or rescheduling your appointment so salon guest are given a one time grace appointment per year for last-minute cancellations or no-shows.
